Recycled / Solid Polyester Fiber
Recycled Solid Polyester Staple Fiber
Specification-led recycled polyester fiber for spinning, nonwovens and technical textiles. Select denier, cut length, color and performance around the way your line actually runs.
Fiber Built for Processing
Start with the end use. Specify the fiber accordingly.
Solid polyester staple fiber is selected for the behavior it brings to your process and finished material. In spinning, fine counts and suitable cut lengths support yarn development. In nonwovens, the combination of strength, elongation, crimp, finish and length affects opening, carding and web performance.
We work with production and supply partners to match the requested grade to your application. The agreed technical data sheet defines the target characteristics for sampling, testing and repeat orders.
Choose the Right Grade
Color and performance for different production needs.
Every proposal is matched to the requested specifications, origin and intended process.
Natural-looking base
Recycled raw-white solid PSF for suitable spinning and nonwoven applications. Shade, cleanliness and processing behavior are matched to the agreed sample.
Grade and availability confirmed before quotation.Brighter appearance
An option when the finished construction calls for a brighter white appearance. Whiteness and other characteristics are specified for the actual grade.
Confirm end-use requirements and reference shade.Shade-led selection
Black and selected colored recycled fibers for applications where shade, consistency and processing requirements need to be considered together.
Color matching and MOQ assessed by origin.Applications
Selected for the material you manufacture.
From spinning and needle punching to thermobonded webs, fiber qualification follows the process and final product. A starting grade is confirmed through your trials.
Yarn Spinning
Fine-denier, shorter-cut grades may suit open-end, ring or other spinning systems when the fiber's strength, finish, shade and contamination profile meet the yarn target.
Needle-Punched Nonwovens
Grades for felt, underlay, carpet and technical layers are selected for opening, carding, needling behavior and the required finished-web properties.
Automotive Felts & Insulation
Fiber can be considered for automotive nonwoven blends where the specification addresses mechanical behavior, color, shrinkage and any component-level odor or emission requirements.
Geotextiles & Technical Fabrics
Fiber tenacity, elongation, cut length and processing behavior support web design. Strength, puncture, filtration and durability are verified on the finished geotextile.
Thermobonded Nonwovens & Wadding
Recycled solid PSF can form the main fiber structure in thermobonded webs for suitable wadding, padding and technical nonwovens. When blended with a compatible BiCo low melt binder fiber, heat activates the binder at fiber contact points while solid fibers contribute bulk and structure. The blend ratio, temperature profile, web weight and finished performance are confirmed in a production trial.
Fiber roles: solid PSF provides the main web structure in the described blend; BiCo low melt is the heat-activated binder. The suitable process depends on the material and equipment.
Colors with Purpose
Match the fiber to the appearance and process.
Black, grey and other colors can support products where the fiber shade contributes to the finished look. For color-critical programs, we establish a reference sample and agree how shade variation will be assessed.
Color is only one part of the specification. We review denier, cut length, crimp, finish, tenacity and elongation together so the selected fiber can run in your production process.
Technical Starting Points
Give procurement a useful specification.
The ranges below indicate products to discuss, not a promise that every combination is produced or stocked.
Final values, tolerances, color, recycled-content basis, test methods and minimum quantity are confirmed in the grade-specific TDS and offer. Fine or coarse deniers and special shades are evaluated individually.
Quality & Documentation
Specify, sample, verify, repeat.
Define the acceptance criteria for your application before committing to the supply program.
Define the grade
Agree denier, cut length, color, finish, mechanical targets and the intended process.
Run a trial
Evaluate a representative sample in the actual spinning or nonwoven line and review performance.
Check each lot
Agree the lot identification, sampling plan, reported parameters and applicable test documents in advance.
Confirm claims
Where OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 or GRS is required, verify certificate scope and shipment evidence for the specific grade.
