Recycled Hollow Fiber / Filling Solutions

Recycled Hollow Conjugate Fiber (HCS & HC)

We supply recycled hollow conjugate polyester fiber in siliconized HCS and non-siliconized HC grades. We align fiber fineness, cut length, crimp and finish with your filling process and the feel required in the finished product. We confirm the selected grade, samples and technical documentation against your requirements before regular supply.

Why Hollow Conjugate

Loft begins with the fiber structure.

Hollow conjugate fibers combine a hollow cross-section with a three-dimensional spiral crimp. The resulting bulk and spring-like structure make them useful where filling volume, a soft hand and recovery after compression matter.

The finish changes how the fiber feels and handles. We match denier, cut length, crimp, color and finish to the filling equipment and the finished product rather than treating every hollow fiber as interchangeable.

Two finishes, one product family: HCS means hollow conjugate siliconized fiber; HC on this page refers to the non-siliconized hollow conjugate option.

Choose the Finish

HCS and HC serve different comfort targets.

Both options are specified by the application; the exact grade and fiber finish are confirmed before sampling.

01 / Siliconized

HCS · Soft, smooth filling

Siliconized hollow conjugate fiber offers a smoother, more slippery hand. It is a practical starting point for loose filling where softness, loft and easy fiber movement are important.

  • Pillows and cushions
  • Quilts, duvets and comforters
  • Soft upholstered filling
02 / Non-siliconized

HC · Different surface grip

Without a silicone finish, the fiber has a different surface feel and fiber-to-fiber interaction. It can be selected where the customer wants a less slippery fill or specific downstream processing behavior.

  • Mattress and furniture layers
  • Wadding and padding blends
  • Application-specific filling
Selection by trial: the finished product's softness, loft, compression recovery and filling behavior depend on the grade, blend, packing and processing conditions. We confirm them with your trial.

Applications

Comfort materials need the right kind of volume.

We review the way the fiber is opened, filled or converted and the feel expected after production.

Pillows & Cushions

HCS often leads the discussion when a soft, lofted loose fill is required. The actual denier, length and finish are chosen around filling and recovery targets.

Duvets & Quilts

Hollow conjugate filling supports lightweight loft. Fiber choice also follows the cover fabric, quilting pattern, fill weight and desired hand.

Mattresses & Furniture

HCS or HC may be considered for selected comfort layers and upholstery constructions; the finished structure determines which surface finish performs better.

Wadding & Technical Padding

Non-siliconized HC can be evaluated for structured blends and padding. If thermal bonding is needed, specify a compatible binder fiber separately and qualify the complete web.

Process Matters

How the fiber behaves in your equipment.

Opening, pneumatic filling, carding and blending may call for different fiber properties. We review the amount of silicone finish, crimp behavior, cut length, bulk and handling requirements against the process.

Where hand feel or resilience is critical, sample evaluation on the actual finished article is more useful than selecting a fiber from denier alone.
