Application-led polyester fibers
The right fiber starts with the end use.
We manufacture and supply polyester fibers for the way our customers produce. From vehicle interiors and geotextiles to bedding and yarn spinning, we define fiber properties around the process and intended end product.
Industries & applications
Fiber solutions across nine production routes.
Each application calls for its own fiber geometry, finish, processing behavior and qualification plan. We define the relevant grade around the customer’s production method and target performance.

01 / Vehicle interiors
Automotive & Acoustic
Fibers for needlepunched and thermobonded headliners, trunk liners, carpets and acoustic nonwovens. Performance targets may include odor, VOC, fogging, dimensional stability and flammability.
Fiber directionSolid polyester for the nonwoven structure; selected BiCo binder fiber where thermal bonding is required.

02 / Civil works
Geotextiles & Construction
Polyester staple fiber for nonwovens used in separation, protection, drainage and reinforcement systems. Fiber properties are selected against the intended geotextile construction and processing method.
Fiber directionSolid polyester in the grade required by the finished geotextile.

03 / Technical nonwovens
Felts & Insulation
Fibers for needlepunched felts, thermal or acoustic insulation layers and technical padding. We define the grade around web formation, bonding method, thickness and target resilience.
Fiber directionSolid polyester for the web; BiCo binder fiber for suitable thermobonding processes.

04 / Comfort filling
Bedding & Mattresses
Soft filling for pillows and duvets, and lofted fiber for selected mattress components. Loft, recovery, finish and hand feel are specified for the filling or wadding process.
Fiber directionSiliconized or non-siliconized hollow conjugate fiber according to the end use.

05 / Upholstery
Furniture & Padding
Fiber for cushions, upholstered furniture, padding and support layers. We specify softness and loft for filling, or web structure and bonding response for nonwoven components.
Fiber directionHollow conjugate or solid polyester; BiCo binder fiber where thermal bonding is required.

06 / Floor coverings
Carpets & Rugs
Solid fiber for selected carpet backing, felt and nonwoven floor-covering components. Shade consistency, processing performance and surface durability are reviewed against the construction.
Fiber directionSolid polyester in white, black or selected custom colors, subject to grade.

07 / Yarn production
Spinning & Worsted Textiles
Polyester staple fiber and prepared tops for yarns, wool blends and selected knitted or woven textiles. Fiber length profile, finish, shade and hand feel are specified for the intended spinning system.
Fiber directionPolyester tops for worsted routes; suitable solid staple fiber for other spinning processes.

08 / Fiber conversion
Tow & Tops Conversion
Our continuous polyester tow is specified for conversion into long-staple tops or cut fiber on suitable equipment. Mills seeking prepared sliver can select virgin or recycled polyester tops for spinning trials.
Fiber directionRecycled converter tow for conversion; prepared polyester tops for spinning.

09 / Engineered applications
Industrial Nonwovens
Polyester fiber for application-specific web structures and technical components. We define the grade around process temperatures, bonding method and target service conditions. Hydrophilic fiber is available where the finished material requires improved wetting or moisture transport.
Fiber directionSolid, hydrophilic or BiCo binder fiber according to the process.
From requirement to repeat supply
We begin with your production line.
Two customers in the same sector can need very different fibers. We define the production requirements first, then confirm the grade, sample and supporting documents against them.
Map the application
End use, machine type, bonding or spinning route and target properties.
Define the fiber
Fiber form, virgin or recycled origin, fineness, length, color and finish.
Run the trial
Agree sample size, relevant test methods and acceptance criteria.
Plan the repeat order
Confirm approved grade, volume, packing, lot records and delivery.
Application standards may apply to the finished nonwoven, textile or component. Fiber grade, testing, certificates and documentation are confirmed for the applicable product and order.
Tell us about your application
Define the right fiber for your line.
Send your industry, production method, target fiber properties, estimated volume and delivery destination. We will prepare the appropriate fiber and sample proposal.
